The Greater Reston Arts Center (12001 Market St., Suite 103) will host an opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 30, for The Mary B. Howard Artist Member Exhibition, its second biennial exhibition highlighting the talents of local artists. The exhibition has been renamed this year in memory of Mary B. Howard, an artist and longtime board member and staunch supporter of the Greater Reston Arts Center. Mary’s passionate advocacy of local artists, and her generous bequest to GRACE, is perfectly aligned with the meaning and purpose of the Artist Member Exhibition.

The Fairfax County Parks Association will present Toddler Time-Terrific Turtles from 9:45 to 10:30 a.m. and 11 to 11:45 a.m. Sunday, July 3, at Hidden Oaks Nature Center (7701 Royce St., Annandale). Explore nature through outdoor activities and meet one of the Center’s turtles. For ages 2-4, accompanied by an adult. $6/child. Call 703-941-1065 for more information.

Reston Association (RA) will host Hot Tub Movies for adults ages 17 and older who enjoy the late night adult swim hours.
