Via the Washington Business Journal: “Minh Le and his company, 22 Capital Partners, are proposing to build Gramercy District, a 2.5 million-square-foot, $500 million development on 16 acres fronting the north side of the Dulles Greenway, adjacent to the planned Ashburn Metro station on the Silver Line. Le has landed a Fortune 50 partner in Microsoft Corp. as a co-investor that will bring its expertise, its people and its capital to bear.”

From Curbed: DC: The Red Line has the most expensive homes nearby, while the Green Line has the most affordable. The top five most expensive stops are Bethesda ($882,500), Tenleytown ($839,950), Friendship Heights ($805,000), Medical Center ($755,000) and East Falls Church ($740,000). Tomorrow, the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum will host a Family Day: Kites of Asia from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 19, throughout the museum in Washington, D.C. Talk to kite experts, see pan-Asian kite displays, marvel at indoor kite flying, make your own kite — and maybe even take a dance lesson!
